S. BENJAMIN PRASAD is Director
of the York Research Center in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and Professor Emeritus
of Management at Ohio U. and Central Michigan U. His field research includes
firms in Brazil, Canada, Kuwait, India, Ireland, Japan,
Malaysia, Mexico, and the Netherlands during a forty-plus year span. The author of
dozens of journal articles, he has written five books and edited ten. His latest
article appears in the IBR Dec. 2009.
